For questions regarding shipment status please be aware that packages are not processed during weekends or holidays and orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day, once your package has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking number, this communication may sometimes go to junk mail, please verify that you have received it, as e-mail regarding shipping status might not be answered immediately.

For questions regarding damages please provide pictures of claim along with order number and complete explanation of occurrence. 

Promotional codes that are not used during check-out may not be applied after purchase.

Due to the nature of our sales, price adjustments cannot be made after purchase or applied to future purchase once sale has ended.

Packages that have been delivered by courier but client claims not to have received package must be aware that once a package is delivered to them, Tucked Trunks nor courier can respond to what happens to the package, that is why a tracking number is provided so you may know when to expect your package. Missing or stolen packages from client will not be refunded or replaced
